Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or subscription renewal.

How to Request a Refund

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

  1. Log in to your FramerFlo dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings > Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to FramerFlo until the end of your current billing period.
